What is Pai Lum Kung Fu?

Pai Lum Kung Fu, or White Dragon Fist Style, is a traditional Chinese martial art passed down through generations of the Pai family. Grandmaster Daniel K. Pai dedicated over 50 years to its development. The system includes kicking, sweeping, punching, blocking, and joint locking techniques.

Named after the perceptive dragon, the system incorporates animal movements like tiger, leopard, snake, crane, and dragon, fostering a fighter's prowess and understanding of each animal's attitude.

Breathing exercises enhance internal strength, while basic stances, punches, kicks, and blocks build external strength. "Forms" training, a sequence of movements, deepens understanding of techniques, incorporating fighting theories and Pai Lum Kung Fu concepts.
