Introductory Class

A 45-minute class offers a solid introduction to each art, covering essential concepts and principles to help you begin training with confidence. Through postural and alignment exercises, students learn proper body mechanics, spinal awareness, and efficient movement for martial arts and everyday life. Breathing training supports internal health, reduces stress, and promotes ease, while correct body positioning improves balance, movement, and injury prevention.

Wear loose comfortable clothes, there is ample parking right in front of the school, all you need to do is walk through the door and our job is to help you start your training with ease.
